Shi'ur שִׁיעוּר Intro
This premarital counseling course prepares engaged couples to enter marriage with a grounded understanding of the Messianic Jewish covenant. Rooted in Scripture and informed by classic Jewish sources, it explores marriage as a holy, lifelong commitment, the meaning of key Hebrew terms and wedding traditions, and the responsibilities expressed through the Ketubah. Couples will consider mutual submission, sacrificial love, Shabbat and household practices, finances, conflict, and their shared long-term vision. By the end, they will be ready to make thoughtful, concrete commitments for building a faithful covenantal home together.
